Only carefully selected ingredients find their way into our kitchen. Fresh, clean and natural is our motto. Whenever possible, we use products from our unique region. The motivated kitchen crew will certainly convince you of their skills.
We also have a heart for animals. Meat lovers can rest assured that we attach great importance to animal-friendly husbandry. Mass-produced animal products are a no-go for us.
